I’ll start with I had package trouble ( Alabama tho (( go figure )) ) Cyrina was nothing but on top of situation as soon as it was brought to light and beyond kind. Situation was handled asap and they sent a new package for me.. so far I’m only in my fan favorite sample set but my skin is just amazing 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I’ve even let my thirteen year old start using it. The feel of my skin is damn near cashmere and overall look? I feel beautiful in my OWN skin. I sleep got a sample of the babymama cleanser and it’s the first soap my daughter has ever used that she wasn’t red after. Overall I feel beautiful and proud in my skin and that feeling is amazing. Let me just say, I've been a customer for years and started following Solomon on Snapchat in covid days and watched his company blossom into what it is now. Every product I've tried has been absolutely DIVINE. I love the face brightening cream and it definitely helps with removing acne scars. (Yes, it takes time. Nothing is overnight). But this product definitely works! I also love the collagen serum. The collagen serum and the face brightening cream are my top 2 favorites from SolRay Beauty. I've been using his products for almost 2 years and I literally don't use anything else, except when I run out lol.

Now, a note about the customer service. TOP TIER! BETTER THAN ANY FORBES LIST COMPANY OUT THERE!! 20/10. Solomon goes to BAT for his customers. I ordered over $200 in items and USPS lost the package. I immediately contacted Solomon & Cyrina, they assured me that they would help me rectify the issue. Meanwhile, I was on the phone with USPS arguing with them about how Solomon wouldn't lie and not deliver the packages lol. But needless to say, Solomon reshipped my items FOR FREE. What company does that?! AND around the holidays no less. This man has a whole newborn and is out here setting the STANDARD for customer service. Ladies and gents, don't settle for less. I love love love solray beauty products!...Before I used alot of concealer to hide sun spots on my face, since using solray beauty, I don't need to anymore! Definitely recommend!..Great customer service too!
